Booking Alan Pope wedding film & Photography  for your wedding day could not be simpler so we have created three easy steps to ensure that you can secure your wedding date easily, leaving you with time to concentrate on the other important parts of planning your wedding.

Please note that bookings are not confirmed until a non-refundable deposit has been received, it’s important to act as quickly as possible to avoid disappointment to secure your booking, especially in high season dates from May - September.

Step 1

Quick Check Availability. Our short contact form is the fastest way to check if we are available to film and/or photography your wedding day.
Simply fill out our contact form with your basic information  and we will email you back with details of our availability to film your wedding day and answers to any questions you might have. 
If you prefer, you can contact us directly by email or telephone. 

Step 2

Fill out a booking form. Once you are ready to go ahead with a booking please fill out our booking form with the initial details required; Please ensure you read through and agree to our Terms & Conditions. On receipt of your completed booking form we will then contact you via e-mail or telephone to briefly discuss your booking and arrange payment of the non-refundable deposit.

Step 3

Secure your date. Bookings and dates are not secure until we have received a £300.00p non-refundable deposit, this payment must be completed within 3 days once you have decided to book with us. As soon as this payment has been made we will update our calendar and your chosen date will have been confirmed. Congratulations!
