Our All Inclusive Package

When you book our all inclusive package, you are getting the full use of our videography and photography experience and Full HD equipment for your whole day, we don’t believe in confusing you with added extras such as morning preps and the first dance; we include these as standard in our competitively priced wedding video & photography package.
We don’t think you should miss out because of confusing added extras. 
We take pride in our video and photography work and want to document your day as it happens, the all inclusive package enables us to achieve this.

The Package includes...

  • I/we will film and/or photograph your day to cover all of the below.
  • Morning Preparations for both
  • Arrival of the Bride - Capturing the moment the bride arrives at the Church or venue.
  • Full Wedding Ceremony (providing filming is permitted) 
  • Arrival at Reception.
  • Coverage of Photo Shoot, this is the time after the ceremony where friends and family have a drink and photographs taken.
  • Full coverage of Speeches.
  • Cutting the cake
  • First dance and we stay for a song or two to capture friends and family dancing.
  • Media presented in Full Hi Definition 1080p. 
  • A little teaser trailer uploaded for your viewing after your wedding day, to watch the trailers click here...www.facebook.com/Alanpopeweddingfilms 
  • Highlights video uploaded to share estimated 18 weeks after your wedding day.
  • On completion of your wedding video you will receive on a Branded U.S.B  with your 1 min teaser trailer, highlights of the day, full Ceremony, speeches and your first dance.
  • Full wedding video completion is estimated to be about 20 weeks.
  • If you choose to book us for photography as well you will receive 300+ images, the images will be of high resolution and non copy write, allowing you to print high quality images.
        We have all Licences for church service, music and 10 million public liability insurance.
       Price  for all the above video is £1,500
       Price for video & photography is £2,500
     
Within our all inclusive package, we film the aerials, some of the ceremony, speeches & first dance in 4k video , this offers us the chance to get some extra special shots at the highest quality available on your wedding day.
Drone availability is based on the conditions of use at the venue and is weather permitting.
Your Wedding Day Photos and Video will be creatively edited and your video will be put to music alongside the full coverage of the ceremony, speeches and first dance will be presented to you in full 1920 x 1080p high definition format on a beautifully presented 3.0 USB drive which you can plug into a computer or TV  to experience true High Definition picture.

Please note that U.S.B packages are subject to change.

On the U.S.B the files are in Mpeg 4 or jpeg format of your wedding day, this enables you to share your day on devices such as iPhone, Android phone and tablets, as well as being able to upload them direct to social network sites to share with friends and family.


We love to share!

We are proud of and love the work we do, and want  you to share it with all your friends and family. Your final film will not be restricted in any way and you will be free to burn the video files onto a DVD or upload your files to your favourite social media sites to enjoy with friends around the world. Areas Covered

We are based in Newport, South Wales and our All Inclusive Wedding Video Package price covers Weddings within a 50 mile radius of Newport. If you live outside of this area and wish to use our  services then we will be delighted to help, simply contact us and we will prepare you a personal quotation based on your location and travel.
