After months or even years of planning your big day is nearly here, are you ready to party.
We are thrilled that we will be with you to capture your 'Best Day Ever' and we look forward to meeting with you again, along with your friends and family.
To ensure we can gather as much footage as possible and importantly be in the right place at the right time we'd ask you now to provide us some of the more specific details for the day.

The simple form below will give us most of the details we require before your big day. If you are having morning preparations we will normally arrive 2 to 3 hours before your ceremony time, If we have agreed partner preparations we will also require the address for these.

Will you be providing food for me/us? If arrangements can be made on our behalf for me/us to be provided with a hot meal to eat at the venue it would be appreciated. It is very important I/we stay at the venue to be available before the speeches commence, so I/we can be ready to set up our camera & audio equipment which can take some time. It also can be too far for me/us to travel from the venue to purchase food. *
